Yearly Archives: 2009 I joined the ‘dark side’ today. Bought my very first Mac & I must say, I’m pretty much in love. Suffice to say I haven’t accomplished anything since I brought it home besides getting Lightroom installed & being called ‘Snooty Pants.’Oh well, such is life!  This time of year is always emotional for me. Between the holidays, seeing people I don’t normally see, my birthday (today!!), saying goodbye to the present year & making resolutions for a better New Year, I am often contemplative & reflective. This year is no exception. I am proud to be where I am, so...  I am blessed with a large family comprised of many branches. Add to that my hubby’s family & now we’re talking huge. I love my huge family! However, as most can understand, it does place a certain burden on myself & hubby during the holidays. The burden to see everyone, usually on the same day...  All babies are adorable, or at least I think so. All babies have a certain appeal. However, there are those who just sweep you away.Those who sway you dangerously close to wanting one of your own.
